Example one
Your Request: You require an airport pickup service. One phone call or email to us will allow you to have peace of mind.
Our Service: Once we receive your request, we will make the reservation with the pickup service, deal with the driver and organise payment to the pickup service company.
Costing: If the pickup service cost AUD$60, a mininum concierge fee of AUD$25 (incl GST) applies. You will therefore be charged a total of AUD$85 (AUD$60 + AUD$25) inclusive of all fees and charges.

Example two
Your Request: You need to go London to visit your family and you need a round trip airticket with a budget of AUD$2,500. One phone call or email to us will allow you to sit back and relax.
Our Service: We will leverage off our network of suppliers in order to source the best deal for your budget (subject to availablity). This service is complimentary until acceptance of our proposal.
Costing: If the airticket cost AUD$2,000 (inclusive of taxes), a 10% (incl GST) concierge fee applies. You will be charged a total of AUD$2,200 (AUD$2,000 + AUD$200) inclusive of all fees and charges.
*Any
service over AUD$250 will require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50%
upon delivery
